Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book a court?

Open the app, browse nearby courts on the map or list view, select the court you want, choose an available time slot, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation notification once it's booked.

How do I cancel or modify a booking?

Go to My Bookings in the app and select the booking you'd like to change. Cancellation and modification options will be shown based on the venue's policy. If you need further help, contact us at support@courtrix.app.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. Deletion is irreversible and will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Why does the app need my location?

Courtrix uses your location to show nearby courts and venues and to support booking and discovery features. You can disable location access at any time in your device's Settings, though some features like "nearby courts" may be limited.

I found a bug or something isn't working. What should I do?
